if you want something different, something better, something amazing,
you first have to create the possibility that it can be so.
I OPENED MY OWN LIFE TO THE POWER OF POSSIBILITY SEVERAL YEARS AGO,
AND EMBARKED ON A JOURNEY THAT EMPOWERED ME TO:
Leave home at 18 on a greyhound bus for Richmond, Virginia, to explore a new life.
Run my own business.
Hold my own with CEOs.
Graduate with honors from college as a working, single mom.
Become a public speaker on the national stage.
Break free from the support role and into a leadership role.
Creating possibility in my own life has taught me many valuable lessons.
But the most important one is this:
Change happens because you say so.
WHAT IF…you experienced change as an invitation to spread your wings and leap toward possibility?
WHAT IF…opening yourself to possibility empowered you to experience a different perspective with fresh eyes?
WHAT IF…your new perspective enabled you to explore ideas — the ones you’ve been afraid to share with anyone else?
WHAT IF…the very thing you’ve been resisting came into your life to give you permission to take risks and to show up in a whole new way?
change isn’t something to fear; it’s something to celebrate!
It’s the seed that germinates curiosity, and opens your mind and heart to what’s next.

Hi, my name is Whitney Bishop. I am a Change Agent and I create experiences for people who are ready to make a difference in their own lives and in the lives of others.
In my work with teams, as well as private clients, I have the honor of helping people navigate change by offering guidance, encouragement, accountability and support.
CORPORATE AND NONPROFIT CLIENTS
I’ve facilitated workshops for a number of corporate clients, including teams from The University of Louisville, Brown-Forman, The Center for Nonprofit Excellence, and Metro-Louisville. My workshops produce new possibilities and new ways of working together, and generate ideas and solutions that move teams and organizations forward.
PRIVATE CLIENTS
I also work with private clients who are ready to release the limiting beliefs that’s holds them back. My best-fit clients come to me ready to suspend disbelief so they can transform into the best versions of themselves. Together, we put a plan in place to bring possibilities to life.
My body of work has taken me from the hospitality/service industry, to the world of administrative support, and into the boardrooms and conference rooms of top corporate and non-profit organizations. I learned along the way that I have a gift for seeing possibilities where others see problems, and I can design experiences that help others see those possibilities for themselves.
What I’ve discovered after working with corporate teams and individuals is that I have a talent for
creating the space people need to put a plan in place and bring possibilities to life.
